Growing up my Dad used to always talk about the Zoo, it was one of his favorite stations back in the day! There's a KZEW sticker on my desk that I got from him after he passed. A buddy found a similar one on a car at Pate swap meet today at Texas Motor Speedway & sent me a picture not knowing my connection to it. Sent it to my Dad's old buddies & got a cool picture of him rocking a Zoo shirt back in the day and learned that the station lives on through this website. Currently sitting at said desk, drinking a beer in honor of the Old Man and enjoying listening to the music we would always listen to together on the same station he used to jam out to.
