1973 Paris Texas 100 miles east of Dallas 9th grade high school 15 years old just bought a clarion { radio shack } am/fm/record player to play a my first three vinyl albums..led zep one..black sabbath paranoid,, uriakh heep demons and wizards...and found the ZOO. that same week..playing all of that great music. what a deal

As we quipped back in the day, "Far out....!!" Bet that was a TIME. I didn't find the KZEW until my early 20s and I bounced out of state back in 86. NOBODY matched KZEW.
